Fly Over Canada, like Soarin' at Epcot, but over Canada.  $20 CAD for 10 min "ride".  People like it though.

Vancouver Lookout, tallest building in Vancouver, pay a ticket to ride the elevator to the observatory level.

Grouse Mountain, gondola up, then a ski lift up even higher.  Views look great!
